Privacy notice

Draft for client review. 4J must confirm the business details below before this site handles real orders. It is written with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) in mind.

What we collect

When you send a custom-order request we receive the details you type in the form (name, email or mobile number, organization, order details) and any artwork file you attach.

Why we use it

Only to prepare your quotation, contact you about that request and fulfil the order you approve. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

If you send the custom-order form online, the details are held in the website host’s form inbox (Netlify) and are accessible only to 4J staff handling orders. If you send your request through Facebook instead, it is handled in Messenger and Facebook’s own terms also apply. Your shopping bag is kept in your own browser and contains products only — no personal details.

How long we keep it

Until your request is completed and for as long as needed for records, then deleted. [4J to confirm retention period.]

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by messaging 4J on Facebook. [4J to add a dedicated email address.]
